Conference Fees
The cost of hotel accommodation and full board is 550 EUR. The conference fee is 120 EUR and covers the use of conference facilities, a conference bag with Abstract Proceedings, refreshment breaks, social events, and the total cost of the invited lecturers.
The total participant fee is 670 EUR, and the accompanying person's fee is 550 EUR.
The required method of payment for the conference is by bank transfer. Ideally, we would like to receive the payment by August 31, 2026. If you are unsure whether the payment will be made by that date, or if you have any other questions, please write to us.
Options for paying the conference fee
In all of the cases listed below please make sure that 'payer's reference' and 'remittance information' are specified so that we may identify your payment.
Options for paying the conference fee for ISCRFT 2026 (in order of preference):
1. Your institution will send the payment to our account (payment details are provided below)In that case, please also email us the following information:
Participant's name Amount paid Name of the institution Address of the institution VAT number (IČO and IČ DPH for institutions from Slovakia)
We will then issue an invoice to the institution and send proof of payment via email.
2. The participant will send the payment from their personal account to our account (payment details are provided below)In that case, please also email us the following information:

We will then issue an invoice to the participant and send proof of payment via email.
3. Our institution will issue an invoice, and then your institution will pay that invoiceIn that case, please email us the following information:

Please explicitly state that you would like us to issue a 'pro forma' invoice.
Our institution will issue a pro forma invoice, and your institution will then pay the invoice. Our institution will then issue a final invoice and a payment receipt.
