Conference Fees
The cost of hotel accommodation and full board is 390 EUR (78 EUR per person per day). The conference fee is 150 EUR and covers the use of conference facilities, a conference bag with Abstract Proceedings, refreshment breaks, social events, and the total cost of the invited lecturers.
The total participant fee is 540 EUR, an accompanying person's fee is 440 EUR.
The preferred method of payment for the conference is by bank transfer. The payment should be obtained before August 26, 2022. Please make sure that 'variable symbol' and 'remittance information' are specified so that we may identify your payment.
We will also accept the payments at registration desk upon arrival. However, we kindly ask you to use the bank transfer if possible.
UPDATE (September 10, 2022): We can no longer accept cash payments at registration desk. We kindly ask our participants to pay by bank transfer, based on the respective invoice. We expect to receive the payments before September 22, 2022. There is no reason to cancel your participation!
